Time hold (Holiday) request form

• If you need to temporarily suspend your monthly membership due to medical reasons or holiday plans, you can request a time hold.
• Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of 3 weeks. Absences from classes for personal reasons shorter than 3 weeks are not eligible for refunds or credit processing.
• The initial 2 weeks of the membership fee will be charged to secure your spot.
• We offer the flexibility to put your membership on hold for up to 2 months per calendar year without fee payment. Accumulating more than 2 months of time hold may result in membership cancellation or loss of your reserved spot. To maintain your membership, it is essential to continue paying the monthly fee. • Upon approval of your time hold request, you will receive a confirmation email, and your fees will be temporarily paused or credited towards the upcoming month.

Please note that time holds cannot be applied for during our Summer and Christmas breaks, as these periods have already been factored into the fee structure.
