SKMA (School of Korean Martial Arts) is a friendly and vibrant Korean Martial Arts school dedicated to promoting and developing health and well-being by way of physical and mental training.

We provide quality personal development training in Korean Martial Arts to include Hapkido, Taekwondo, Kumdo (Swordsmanship) and Women’s self-defence. Our vast syllabus is beneficial and ideal for every one of all ages and abilities, and we offer flexible programmes which are specifically designed to cater for your needs.

We have a strong affiliation with, and offer internationally recognised martial arts certifications from the Korea Hapkido Federation & the Korea Ki Do Association, Kukkiwon (the World Taekwondo Federation Headquarters) and the Korea Haedong Kumdo Association.

The SKMA started to teach Hapkido in London, affiliating with internationally reputable school, the Dukmoo Academy in 2007. However, in October 2008, the SKMA became independent from Duk Moo Academy and reorganised its structure with Master Ha, Junjae from Korea.

In addition to promoting Korean Martial Arts training within the UK and Korea, our instructors have held seminars and demonstrations across the world including in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, France and Switzerland.
